When we have a wild idea, many of the folks that truly care about our well-being seem to think that pursuing said idea would be, “stupid”.
Most of the time, it is.
A small percentage of people are bold and courageous enough to pursue it anyway.
But they ought not to be upset at their loved ones that called it “stupid”. After all, a person knows full-well, deep down, if they have what takes to accomplish that crazy thing. If they wanted it bad enough, a little criticism wouldn’t hurt. In fact, people calling it stupid might be an effective entry-exam to weed out the people that never really had what it takes in the first place, to do something stupid —
or crazy,
or risky,
or bold,
or courageous,
or heroic.
